Job Summary: Provides transportation for the Aging Unit, as well as delivers meals to the homebound. This is a part-time position, working Monday-Friday, 10am to 1:00-1:30pm depending on delivery route.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
-Deliver home delivered meals to the homebound elderly. Check on well-being of participants being served home delivered meals.
-Report to supervisor on the condition of the homebound participant. Submit necessary written reports.
-Attend various trainings. Perform other related work as required or assigned.

Work Requirements:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent.
-Requires a valid Wisconsin driver's license and adequate insurance as required by County Policy. Adequate auto liability insurance to satisfy current county requirements.
-Required to have a reliable vehicle and have a good driving record.
