Job Overview: The Statistical Reporting Analyst will interpret quantitative data and design statistical models for researching problems or questions within the DOT Compliance function. While also maintaining databases and ensure that data is reliable.
 
A Day in the Life: 
  • You will engage with stakeholders and manage detailed, proactive systems to ensure compliance with Federal and State DOT regulations, contractor qualifications and Company requirements.
  • You will manage quality control reviews of drug testing related consortiums and standalone programs
  • You will completed timely follow-up on violations because of internal audits or external issues.
  • You will seek exemptions when applicable.
  • You will document and communicate procedural recommendations to upper-level management based on analysis.
  • You will conduct trouble shooting, root-cause analysis, follow-up, and closure of action items, and leverage learning across the organization pertaining to contractor qualification process.
  • You will gather data from multiple sources to support required statistical filings.
  • You will create and perform DISAWORK queries for a variety of performance statistical reports.
  • You will pull and analyze relevant information from different sources, including DISAWORKs, phone systems and relational databases.
  • You will reconcile data gathered to ensure clients’ and report results are complete and accurate.
  • You will assist with data research, prepare and complete filings.
  • You will track and update statistical filing requirements by due date. 
  • You will provide additional reporting assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will effectively collaborates with members of all departments as needed to support data results.
  • You will compare and contrast data sources, reports, or results over time.
  • You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer requests for information and support related to statistical reporting.
  • You will lead in the area of contractor qualifications statistical reporting for classroom, webinar and written instruction according to corporate and client specifications in all aspects.
  • You will design client training curriculum and presentations. 
  • You will deliver training as scheduled.
  • You will provide client feedback.
  • You will establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • You will research, interpret and understand statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • You will develop and implement standardized processes for managing DISA’s statistical reporting pertaining to contractor qualification process in coordination & conjunction with Operations personnel
  • business Acquisitions and Integration.

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Is highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Is detail-oriented with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Has a minimum of two years of DER or DER support experience. 
  • Has a strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Has a BA/BS degree 
  • Has four years of experience managing statistical reports and analytics.
