Job Overview: The Driver Qualification Coordinator provides clients with excellent and prompt customer service by assisting clients with various inquiries and requests within the framework of established client service policies in the Driver Qualifications Team.
 
A Day in the Life:
You will answer incoming phone calls, emails and voice messages through the phone system.
You will verify daily processing and error correction of assigned client test results and forms to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reporting for those accounts.
You will contact clients, drivers, company and third-party facilities to retrieve forms and gather missing data or correct erroneous data.
You will assist Clients as a Random Program Coordinator working heavily in Microsoft suite.
You will aid clients with the use of proprietary web application, including but not limited to handling employee roster changes, facilitating forms and materials orders, locating collection sites, providing designated employer representatives with access to the system and supplying any other needed information to the client in a timely manner.
You will quickly resolve client issues with regards to company services, driver qualification files, fleet maintenance, data reporting, policy and procedure compliance.
You will maintain expert knowledge of Department of Transportation and consortium drug testing concepts, policies, procedures, and requirements.
You will recognize and escalate urgent issues as needed to ensure the highest level of customer service.
you will contact clients and/or collection sites when necessary to facilitate the receipt of all necessary forms for tests that will not merge through the system automatically.
You will research and assist billing department with the resolving invoicing errors and credits.

Has intermediate level in Microsoft Suite.
Has a High school diploma.
Has two years of corporate/retail customer service experience.
