Job Overview
As a Client Support Representative, you will provide clients with excellent and prompt customer service by assisting them with various inquiries and requests within the framework of established client service policies.
  

A Day in the Life:
You will answer incoming phone calls, emails and voice messages through the phone system
- You will a
ssist Clients as a Random Program Coordinator working heavily in Microsoft suite, specifically Excel
- You will p
rovide assistance to clients with the use of proprietary web application, including but not limited to handling employee roster changes, facilitating forms and materials orders, locating collection sites, providing designated employer representatives with access to the system and supplying any other needed information to the client in a timely manner
- You will q
uickly resolves client issues with regard to company services, data reporting, policy and procedures compliance
- You will m
aintain expert knowledge of Department of Transportation and consortium drug testing concepts, policies, procedures, and requirements
- You will identify
and escalate urgent issues to an Account Manager and/or Account Manager & Client Services Supervisor as needed to ensure the highest level of customer service
- You will v
erify daily processing and error correction of assigned client test results and forms to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reporting for those accounts
- You will  c
ontact clients and/or collection sites when necessary to facilitate the receipt of all necessary forms for tests that will not merge through the system automatically
- You will r
esearch and assist billing department with the resolving Tests Not Invoiced (TNI)
- You will p
erform drug screen collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines
- You will  p
rocess forms related to various services received from clients, company and third party facilities
- You will c
ontact clients, company and third party facilities to retrieve forms and gather missing data or correct erroneous data
 
 
Our Ideal Candidate:
-
 Has a high school diploma and two(2) years of corporate/retail customer service experience
Has Intermediate level Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel
Has a high level of attention to detail
