Job Overview:  

You will serve as an initial contact point for 3rd party collection sites within the DISA collection site database. You will set up potential collection sites and update existing collection site accounts. You will modify collection site information according to established client protocols. You will keep the DISA collection site database accurate for our clients, ensuring the quality level of service at collection sites is being met, along with adherence to industry best practices. You will quickly become acquainted with DISA’s standards of service, maintaining database accuracy and will be comfortable holding collection sites accountable to such high standards.


A Day in the Life:  
You will set up new collection sites
- You will reach 
out to existing collection sites for annual service agreement renewal
- You will assign 
 existing collection sites to our client base
- You will assist 
with tests-not-invoiced report as it relates to assigning the correct collection site code to bill clients for collection services performed
- You will assist 
 with collection site database maintenance through updated information on collection services, prices and address changes
- You will manage
and maintain collector certificates, occupational medical licenses and service agreements
- You will audit 
collection facilities to ensure quality processes
- You will conduct 
error correction training for any sites whose practices do not meet DISA’s protocols and procedures
- You will promote 
 new services such as electronic workflows through Formfox
- You will assist
internal and external customers with any collection related issues

Our Ideal Candidate:  
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2 years of related work experience     
-Has intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Word & Outlook
- Has s
trong general typing skills
- Has s
trong communication & customer service skills
- Has Collection Site experience, preferred
